Founder, AJ Siegmann, began his career in serving Seniors over two decades ago. Fostered by a deep love and respect for his own grandmother, his heart was compelled to provide an unparalleled quality of family-first, family-focused care to others who desire to live independently in the comfort of their own homes – so their golden years could remain golden.

AJ and Family reside in Central Oregon, and their adventures include homesteading, musical performance, and contributing to the adoption community. In founding the caring for family of companies, he strives to provide for a Life Well Lived for both Clients and Caregivers, while elevating the calling and career of Caregiving. The CFF matches, comprehensively trains, and supports nearly 1,000 employees throughout the states of Oregon and Indiana in heartfelt career paths.

In partnering with local health systems, community organizations, not-for-profits, and Hospice Care, the Caring For Family of Companies bring a wealth of wisdom to families walking through transitions and navigating difficult seasons. We provide wraparound support, advocacy, and our signature warm welcome to each family we care for.
